For instance, you start of by producing and selling one website a week. The domain name you use for it will costs you around ten dollars. You probably use a reseller hosting account, so that's another five bucks to add to the cost. All the other stuff you need, you can get for free online. Using this, you can build a website in let's say one hour.
You invested 15 bucks and one hour of your time. Now you try to sell your site, and someone bids 50 dollars for it. You may think that's not a lot.. But hey, it's a 35 dollar profit for one hour of work! And you could easily and rapidly repeat this process and multiply your profits.
If you get used to the process, you will start to recognize certain trends. Certain sites will sell quicker and for more money, others will be harder to sell and make you less profit. If you keep an eye on this information, you can focus yourself on producing the types of websites that sell the fastest and for the highest price.
Of course, another skill that comes with experience is speed. In the example we said that building a website costs you one hour. But if you have made ten of them, you will notice that you get the hang of it, and higher your output. That means selling more websites in the same time, and therefore more profit for you.
