Are Seminars Over

By Debra Thompson Roedl

I know you are probably thinking to yourself right now what? The end of Live Seminars and Events how can that be? First let me start by clearing the stage here and saying that Live events such as seminars, bootcamps, trainings and workshops are the best when it comes to successful teaching, networking and selling for today's Information Marketer who wants to speak at these events. It is also so for the attendee who wants to learn and have the opportunity to meet the experts live and network with other individuals, create possible joint ventures and of course get away from the spouse and kids.

All teasing aside though, in today's economy it has becoming increasingly more difficult for promoters to plan, market and promote successful In Person events. Let's face it, getting "cheeks in the seats" as I call it, is becoming harder and harder to do. As a promoter you can not rely upon your speakers to promote the Seminar for you and get the cheeks in the seats - it just isn't going to happen. If you do not work to create a winning-winning-winning for your Seminar it may indeed be the end of In Person Seminars for you!

Let's run through the Top Winner-Top Winner-Top Winner of In Person events #1 - Must Be A Top Winner For The Customer First and foremost is the customer, your attendee. If your attendee is joyful then you have secured your first Top Winner. To secure a Top Winner for the attendee it must be the right Seminar, the right time, the right price, the right message and the right speakers.

If you fail at any of one these and you are not able to promote this Seminar successfully to get the cheeks in the seats then you will not have a Top Winner here. Not just from lack of attendees but also for the few that did show up because you see for them it affects thier experience. The attendee will not be joyful because they feel uncomfortable at events with few in the attendee and they dont like to stand out. Also now they don't have the benefit of In Person networking and joint venture opportunities and the dynamics of a postive successful Seminar change in the room dramatically typically causing a negative environment for all which in turns negatively impacts sales by the speakers.

#2 - Must Be A Win For The Speaker A Win for the speaker is speaking at a Live event with a full audience at least 100 people to make it profitable and the audience is the perfect match for their presentation and product. As a speaker you need to ensure that these two criteria are met prior to signing a speaker agreement. When the turn out is low the speaker is not happy because they essentially loose money. You see when it coms to seminars, the speaker is in a business relationship with the promoter to make money. Here's how it works

Here's how it works, The Internet Speaker pays their way to fly to the Seminar, pays for car/ground travel, pays for hotel and meals. They take time away from thier family and their business to invest in the promoter and the expected audience, knowing that if they have a large, happy and TARGETED audience to speak to then they can teach and successfully sell their continuing education course. This is how the Internet Speaker makes thier money they sell thier "System" their "Package", and they split the cost 50/50 with the promoter.

#3 - Must Be A winning For The Promoter When the winning for the audience is met and the winning for the Internet Speaker is met, then the Promoter gets their winning in the end and the Seminar is successful and profitable for all. However, if their is no winning for audience and they don't show up for the Seminar or for those that do show up but don't buy, that starts the ball rolling down the wrong hill. This affects the Seminar dramatically and the Internet Speaker is not happy then you don't have a winning for them and your Seminar goes down the drain.

Yes there key strategies that you can implement to mitigate Losses and turn them into Wins and I'll share those strategies with you in my next post. Until then Break a Leg!

One of the hardest things for new Internet marketers, it seems, is finding good niches. Well, let me show you something exciting.

He made these 5 free niche marketing videos to highlight 5 different ways you can use Micro Niche Finder to find hidden market niches that most others have not identified.

My experience is... Micro Niche Finder can easily put you onto an ENDLESS supply of cash-producing market niches.

Here are some of the examples of niche markets that he turns up in the videos:

lookup area code

You'll find those in the introductory video which presents an overview of what MicroNicheFinder can do for you.

Then you find this next lot in the video #2, which is about how to create one page websites to promote affiliate products generate nice commissions:

Then in vid #3 (which is about creating residual revenue through AdSense sites), he finds...

and many more like that.

In video #5, which is about using Squidoo, James shows us how easy it was to find these niches:

download psp games for free

hoodia rapid gels

hoodia results

Even in markets such as Hoodia which people think of as saturated, you CAN find tiny profitable niches that have been pretty much overlooked by most other marketers. We've just seen a few examples of niche markets like that. And there are many more. Take a look at the videos and you will see what I mean.

Yes, you CAN find good niche markets with profit in them . And with easy-to-use software like MicroNicheFinder now available, it couldn't get any easier because the software does all the heavy lifting. My advice is... check this out today and see how EASY it is to find profitable niches WHEN you've got a niche marketing powertool doing most of the work.

Free Paying Surveys - The Wonder Cure for Poverty!

By Hailey Gates

Are you on the hunt for a free paid survey list? Are you confused by the many websites offering to sell you one? Can you tell the difference between a legit site and a bogus operation? You need the best list possible, but you don't want to get scammed!

Some sites will guarantee you enormous amounts of up front cash if you sign up for their list of free paying survey companies. All you have to do is a pay a small fee of $28, $35, or $47 and you can receive their very own 'specially compiled list'. Don't be misled!

Free paid survey lists are easy to obtain. The research companies will often advertise direct, and there are plenty of sites devoted to updating lists of companies that offer free paid surveys. You definitely shouldn't be asked to pay for a list.

These list will include the names of companies and sites that need large numbers of people to take surveys. The companies are willing to pay for you to spend the time it takes to answer their questions, and don't think for a minute they don't reward the survey sites for each person that signs up! Now all you have to do is earn your share.

The sites you are looking to sign up with should offer registration and free paid survey lists at no charge. A request for money up front, financial information, or for you to accept a 'trial period' are signs that a site is not exactly legit. Find the right sites, and they will actually be falling all over themselves to sign you up for free paying surveys!

A good sign when you are looking for free paid survey lists is a solid description of each company listed. Avoid ones that don't give pertinent information, like average pay per survey, or time between taking the survey and getting paid. They should also tell you up front if you will be expected to participate in any offers to qualify for the survey.

Once you have a list of survey sites and companies you feel is legit, go back through and Google them to make sure. Even the very best free paid survey list can contain a site or company that has gone astray. Fortunately, there is a wide network of people who watch for things like this. Just type the name of each company followed by the word 'scam' and see if there are any warnings posted on the web.

After you have gone through the free paid survey list and pinpointed the survey companies you want to be involved with, you can start the sign up process. Free paying surveys can come in daily or weekly, so the more sites you register with, the more money you can make off of them! After a time, you can begin to pick and choose to make even more income.

Articles Are The Quickest Way To Your Customers Wallet

By Keith Mallinson Bsc Hons FX

Ever heard of affiliate programs? These are forms of Internet advertising that rewards the affiliates for driving traffic to the advertiser or for other transactions. The advertiser pays the affiliate to place a link on their website, and the affiliate sends traffic to the advertiser in return. Simply put, it's about paying commissions to people who help you make sales. It's that easy. NOT.

Affiliate marketing has its ups and downs. It could be draining if you are not armed with updated information and the technical how-tos. But this article's sole objective is to reach out to you and not to badmouth affiliate marketing.

Here are the following reasons on why web marketers go gaga over affiliate marketing as a form of Internet advertisement.

1. Low cost

Many are scared to go on a home based business because of the capital required. In affiliate marketing, you don't have to spend much to start raking in moolah.

2. Inventories not included

Product management fuss could be very stressing. An inventory is not asked to be maintained. The merchant does the maintenance required.

3. Unlimited income through leverage

When you have a paid job, your monthly income mainly relies on whether you go to work or not. With affiliate marketing, your affiliates could all just lead traffic to your site without having to lift a finger after providing them your ad copy and links. Though not every web marketer earns limitless, it still is a fact that all the necessary matters for the advertiser or Internet marketer are all there to be successful.

4. Go worldwide

With affiliate marketing, you are dealing with a global market place. All you have to do is choose a niche product and prepare all the necessary tools for your affiliates to lead traffic from just about anywhere to your website.

5. Low risk

The very main reason for Internet marketer's enthusiasm with affiliate marketing is its having a low risk factor. Especially for those with low budget set aside for advertising, affiliate marketing is just the way to do it.

6. No closing time

With affiliate marketing, your business works every single second of the day while targeting a worldwide market! What could be better than that?

But all of these will be put to waste if you don't have the right niche product and all the other important tools to make it big in affiliate marketing, i.e., well-SEO-ed website. So better work on this first before ever considering those benefits.

When Link Building, Don't Spin Your Wheels With Numbers

By Julie Johnson

It's easy to get bogged down in the numbers. There are a number of reasons that mass directory submissions perpetuate in the link building process, and one of them has to do with a very rational process in business - the need to focus on measurable, consistent metrics to gauge progress. Which sounds better to a manager or a client: 50 minor directory submissions or three sustainable, quality links?

In reality, it's a lot like giving a toddler 50 pennies for three dollar bills. You may satisfy your client or manager in the short run, but if your focus is on results then it's irresponsible. The danger lies in this focus on measurable metrics, to such an extent that this impedes the processes that create actual results.

There are great variances with free directories, for instance, some may have approval instantly, others withing 3 to 6 months, and still others never. There are also directories that may approve your listing, only to disappear a few months down the line. Make sure you are using better judgment when choosing free directories, and only submit to the ones that have a reputation in accepting links in timely ways, and in limited numbers. Be sure that the links maintain staying power.

More importantly, make sure to take time to grow relationships on the web, this will result in valuable links for you. When writing emails to webmasters of sites relevant to your industry, make sure they are not spammy, and are personalized. Use your own creativity by exploring more innovative approaches than merely copying and pasting information over and over again.

If you work on links on blogs relevant to your industry, this can multiply for you. Try not to get caught up in the numbers and discover better ways to increase your effectiveness, and your clients will be much more responsive.

Nurture Your Leads Efficiently

By David B. Ascot

1) Responding on time

Your prompt response to a qualified lead is the perfect way of winning a lead over into a successful sale. Transacting with multi-level companies or well-established corporations requires a longer negotiating period, but a punctual response and follow up will leave outstanding impact on the companies and surpass the competency of other competitors.

Timely response is even more powerful for cheaper and/or less complex products, where "convenience" forms a larger part of the purchase decision.

2) Routine communication to relay significant information

Customary communication with potential buyers and customers is essential. It may be risky but will eventually be helpful. Follow up with customers may be via newsletters, white papers, technical updates, audio interviews or video presentations, invitations to events and other important issues. The main objective is to relay principal data and information as an extra service to customers.

3) Stylistic procedures of conversion.

Your methodology for converting prospects into clients is another key leverage point. The 80/20 principle tells us that certain steps in your conversion process will produce a far greater effect than others.

Lead generation events such as a 2-hour evening workshop can be a great time to focus on the nurturing procedures. New visitors and guests are willing to spend their extra time to listen to a seminar.

Which of your conversion procedures are accountable for most of the successful sales? How would you further advance your conversion rates and accelerate the cycle of your sales?

4) Various ways of contacting customers.

If you are confident that your leads are positive, plan more ways of communicating with them. Exceed the usual newsletters and use your free time by making phone calls, emails, webinars and meetings.

Although newsletter lists and autoresponders provide huge automation benefits, they do have limitations - not the least of which is the sheer volume of emails that are competing for your prospects' inboxes and mental bandwidth.

There is just one word you need to keep in mind: VALUE. Most DM communications that I critique are professional-looking but ultimately self-serving. By focusing on providing value your communications will be enthusiastically received.

5) Approach them with different VAK learning techniques

Various people gain knowledge by utilising their VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) views.

Most of us are visual - we learn things by visual perception.

Some of us are auditory - we learn best by listening to sounds.

Others are "kinaesthetic" - they learn best by doing.

Modify your ways of communication to customers by using different learning styles appropriate for each of them to strengthen your efficiency of generating leads.

For the visual facilities, take advantage of diagrams, charts, power points, and videos.

Consider audio programs, video streams with audios, and live presentations for auditory types.

Use interactive webinars, surveys and live workshops to appeal to Kinaesthetic types.

In the past, my own lead nurturing activities have been mainly print-based (specifically, wordy newsletters and articles). While these have produced good results, there's no excuse in this day and age not to offer other delivery formats including audio and video, which is what I'm doing now.

The best way to start

Sales and marketing procedures and tactics start from a good "lead nurturing" system. If you are preparing for a more intense way of nurturing leads you may use these helpful ideas:

1) Do you have a functional CRM system that integrates your sales and marketing efforts?

Without this, you can't begin to nurture leads effectively. We use and work with Salesforce.com which offers a range of pay-per-seat solutions to suit all sizes of organisation. Many other industrial-strength CRM systems will do the same thing.

2) Have you instituted "closed loop tracking"?

Can you trace the development of your marketing system from the lead nurturing to point of sale to the lifetime satisfaction of customers? The improvement and advancement of your marketing structures depends on the size of the organisation. Closed-loop tracking of an organisation is an important tool to generate leads and convert them into sales.

3) Are you giving your sales and marketing divisions a clear and understandable designation?

Classifying the qualified leads and focusing more on them would reduce disappointments for your team and prevent additional expenditures not only on finances but also on efforts and time.

4) Have you acknowledged your powers in getting things done?

If you are aware of how you would get things done profitably, you can direct your powers and forces to focus more on the high-yielding activities.

5) Do you keep records of your customers' contact information?

Do you know all your prospects' email addresses and physical addresses? If you don't, start a database-cleaning exercise (e.g. handled by well-trained telemarketers). By making some kind of offer at the same time as cleaning the database, you can turn this into a self-liquidating exercise or even turn a profit.

6) Are you using a standard policy for nurturing leads?

Even if your sales nurturing system is one 6-monthly followup call, that's a starting point. Which one or two things could you do to add the most value to the customer experience?

Here are some suggestions:

* Forward some printed or electronic sheets.

* Share a video stream of presentations from your CEO or other executive.

* Carry out an assessment of the business and give an account of details.

* Organise an event or seminar.

7) Does your sales team apply the standard lead nurturing system?

Conformity with the standard recognised follow up system is as essential as the system itself; but efficiency of the system itself is the easiest way for the team to stick to it and to put it into operation.

An Arizona Home Builder Gets a New Start

By Claudia Mackelprang

Each of us have seen the familiar sticker on many different products; sodas, crackers, candy, chips, cookies the sticker with the phrase; "new look same great taste." Recently you would be justified is slapping on a similar sticker to Trend Homes, one of Arizona's leading home builders; "new company, new owners same great homes!"
Now that Trend Homes has been purchased by the private equity firm Najafi Cos, Trend Homes is out to show it's a fresh new company completely void of any of its old issues!

As 2008 began, Trend Homes after undergoing much of the same dilemmas many Arizona home builders were being forced to undergo, was close to having to hang an out of business sign on their front door. The problem wasn't because Trend Homes was building inferior homes; in fact, the opposite is true; Trend Homes was ranked Highest in Quality by Phoenix, Arizona Home Builders in 2007. People simply were not buying homes.

Under the ownership of the private equity firm Najafi Cos, Trend Homes has increased its appeal beyond beautiful homes across the Phoenix Valley but now offers programs that other Arizona Home Builders do not, including Pre-Approved Bank Short Sales; Trend has teamed up with banks to Pre-approve short sales. With this pre-approval, home buyers can avoid the otherwise lengthy waiting process of getting approval.

Along with the many programs Trend Homes offers homebuyers, Trend Homes, now under ownership of Najafi Cos, now offers some of the most competitive interest rates available. Additionally, Arizona home buyers will be able to save up to 40% on their home by taking advantage of the Pre-Approved Short Sale.

When the equity firm Najafi Cos purchased the two sister companies Trend Homes and Classic Communities in Jan. 2008, they also purchased the debt of the two companies. This provided the Arizona home builder a fresh start! Plus, with the new start that Trend had been afforded, Trend is able to offer savings, incentives and down payment opportunities which allow Arizona home buyers the opportunity for a start fresh also.

Among the many changes that have taken place at Trend Homes and Classic Communities since they were purchased in January of 2008 by Najafi Cos, you'll find the Paint for Your Down program which is a program that allows Arizona home buyers to reduce their down payment in exchange for logging some hours with paint brush in hand painting their new home. This type of program is a first for Arizona home builders.

There are certain things that Arizona home buyers have come to expect from Trend Homes. And as a leader among Arizona's home builders, Trend Homes takes these expectations very seriously. Even with the change of owners, (Najafi Cos purchased Trend Homes in Jan. 2008) residents of Arizona can still expect the same things from Trend Homes they have always been able to count on; beautiful homes, made with quality products by skilled craftsmen. As a leading Arizona home builder, Trend is dedicated to YOUR satisfaction.

Now owned by the private equity firm Najafi Cos, Trend Homes has been afforded the credit which permits the company to have a fresh start which is not only beneficial for Trend, but also is beneficial for Arizona home buyers as Trend Homes is able to offer things that other Arizona home builders can not such as Pre-Approved Bank Short sales and very competitive prices on foreclosed homes in Arizona.

Marketing Your Home Business

By Mike Schwartz

Once you have started your home business it's time to start marketing it to the public. There are many ways to market online as well as offline. One of the easiest ways to maket online is to write articles.

After your article goes live you will get more links to you site. Your popularity will grow faster the more articles you write. Then you will become more popular once you start getting more links.

The more links you get the better chance people will visit your site. This is great especially if you are new because you can do it for free. It will pay off big in the long run but takes a little time to see the results.

Another popular way to advertise is by using pay per click ads. This is when you write a small ad and pay a search engine so much per person that clicks on your add. The advantage to this method is that the public sees your add almost immediately.

You just research the keywords that you want to bid for and then you pay so much for each click. This can very tricky and takes a lot of knowledge and training to be profitable. You can loose a lot of money in a short period of time if you don't know what you are doing.

Another great way to get massive amounts of exposure is advertising Co-Ops. This is when you get a certain amount of people together and pay a large fee to advertise in a large area. For example, home business magazines.

You might get a group of 50 people together and pay 500 dollars each to advertise in a large group of the top home business magazines. The people that subscribe to these magazines want to start a home based business. The beauty is they are already qualified as a targeted lead!

This is a proven off line tactic that will bring many people to you door. Being involved in a Co-Op that goes in the top business magazines will give you a huge amount of credibility. It shows the world that even though you are new you are committed to your business 100%!

Profit Online With A System That Beats The Reverse Funnel System.

By Eliza Mc Namara

People often ask me: "What's the best thing I can do to profit online ?"

I've never been one to beat around the bush so I say, "Do you really want to know or are you just asking!".

At this point they might say something like, "What's the secret?!". I tell them that there is no secret! I tell them that they need to provide value before they can expect people to give them money! It sounds like common sense but I'm still amazed at how much people will do without educating themselves first. They want results and they want them now. They don't want to learn they just want money...now! I try and tell them "It doesn't work that way! You have to be willing to spend $100 on the odd course to add to your knowledge so you can have something to teach people that buy from you, you have to build your value so you can be attractive to your buyers.

Do you think that when I first started out anyone cared about who Eliza Mc Namara was? Of course they didn't! Why would they? People are focused on themselves, WIIFM short for What's In It For Me is the catchphrase of this century..... That's why you're better off promoting other peoples products when you're just starting out...

Now I'm certainly not suggesting you buy every Online Top Tips Secret Course tomorrow! But what I am saying is that it pays to invest in your education.

I would recommend spending about one hour a day learning how to market and then spend the rest of your time IMPLEMENTING!

So the topic I'm going to cover today is "How to Profit With Global Resorts Network in Five Steps".

1) First of all, you're going to choose a way to market yourself and your knowledge, even if you think you have none...

It sounds simple doesn't it? Unfortunately, this is where most people get lost in a flurry of endless useless activity.

They get lost in all of the information that is out there. They don't spend enough time implementing, but spend too much time choosing a method that's "perfect", then when GRN doesn't market itself they wonder why they haven't made any money! Then they'll say it didn't work!

IT doesn't work YOU work! YOU have to market it. You have to put in some kind of effort before you call something a scam and say that "It doesn't work!".

So when you're choosing a way to market, don't get caught up reading reviews from people that were too lazy to work. They call everything pointless because it will always be pointless for them. They get mad about that and instead of making an effort to actually promote something of value, like a blog telling people how to do something they've just mastered, they'll charge you $25 to read their special report on "What Your Upline Won't Tell You!" Ann Sieg fans beware!

At this point, I also feel that it is crucial to mention that promoting your own products is probably not a good idea if you're new to internet marketing, or if you haven't made any money from it yet!

Selling your own products takes a lot more time, energy and money and as a newbie you'll be hard pressed to create something that people will actually want to buy, so take note! It's not the same as producing a video on time management.

A lot of people get all emotional at this point and think that something's great because they created it!

Don't trust yourself until you have made some real money! You'll be thanking me later when your experience promoting others' products puts you in a position where you can sell an E-book and some Recordings for $97 and sell 100 to your list just by sending out one email. Your list will grow naturally if you follow the steps provided in this email. You'll also feel confident charging such a price because you'll know that the value you're providing is worth FAR more than $97!

Ideally you would pick two programs that you would feel comfortable talking about in depth. Companies that you can be passionately and genuinely enthusiastic about. This point is crucial because your job is going to involve you talking about them A LOT, so do your research and take your time until you find something that suits you personally. I found that Global Resorts Network was perfect for me because I LOVE travelling, I am living in Australia at the moment... Off to Vanuatu next year...

Don't be tempted to skip this point and just pick the first thing that catches your eye! If you get stuck, take some time out from your computer for a while, sit down with a pen and a piece of paper and write down what your main interests are so that you can look for a product that complements your true nature. Take some time because it will pay off handsomely later :-) Plus you want to make sure you come across as congruent.

I feel passionate about promoting Global Resorts Network and Lgn Revolution because I love travel and all the other fabulous re-sell rights I get with Lgn Revolution. I do well promoting these companies because people sense that I believe that what I'm promoting is valuable. If you believe that what you're promoting is valuable then the only thing that could possibly block you from achieving financial success online is laziness!

So after you've done some thinking and you've worked out what you'd like to promote, you need to ensure that you have at least two different price points. This is crucial because some people will want to be in a high ticket program ($1000 commissions) and others will have a negative attitude to making high ticket commissions because they don't have money and they can't imagine themselves or anyone else having any! This attitude turns them away from Global Resorts Network.

GRN has a joining fee of $1500 or $3000 if you want the product too, however, if you don't want the product you can just join as an affiliate for $100 and this caters to the lower end of the market whilst still giving them the opportunity to make $1000 commissions on their front and back line sales :-) I would still recommend having a lower priced product too for $200 or so, that way you're completely covered and you can cater for those who either cannot afford the high ticket programs, or are stuck with their negative thinking (as mentioned previously). After they join you in your lower priced program and get to know you they may get over their fear of promoting a higher priced product and join you in your high ticket program.

2) By now you should have your two different products to market and you can move on to the fun stuff which is "Branding Yourself" :-)

Branding is crucial in this industry and is becoming more and more important across the board in all industries as time goes by. It is about building relationships with others. Branding yourself makes people feel like they know you. When they feel like they know you, they trust you, and selling is all about building and keeping trust. You'll need to deliver valuable content to them consistently, beginning with a free email course that you can set up via your auto-responder. There is a lot of debating going on about how often you should mail your list and I would recommend no more than once a day, as less is more sometimes - especially if you find yourself doing it for the sake of doing it! Have a day off here and there to keep your messages and videos useful to your customers. My motto is: "If it doesn't give people value as soon as they read it, whether emotionally, spiritually, physically or financially, then DON'T send it! As long as you're delivering valuable content that they can put into practice immediately in some way, shape or form, then they'll always be happy to receive emails from you :-)

Then you can get started with your videos, articles and an E-book or free report that you have the rights to or have written so that you can offer it to people on your capture page. You can get one from clickbank if you're stuck. When they sign up to your auto-responder they get to download it. This helps build your value and their trust in you. That way, they will hopefully want to buy from you later, which is the whole point! So it's worth making an effort here my friends :-)

The very first thing you need to do is set up a capture page with your name as the url (ie: the website address), and get a good one that will let you set up lots of sub domains because you'll need lots of them!

I personally LOVE Host Monster. Their customer service is just out of this world! When I was a newbie they spent hours on the phone helping me out. Here is the link: http://www.hostmonster.com/track/successonline/ For my autoresponder, I use Get Response. Here is the link for that: http://www.getresponse.com/successpass There are other autoresponders you can use, however, Get Response and Aweber are right up there as being the best. Here is the link for you to sign up with Aweber. http://aweber.com/?305117

So, just to give you an example, if your name is "Jane Doe" you would set up www.JaneDoe.Com if it was available, to use as your main capture page. You would have a little blurb on there about yourself and what you have to offer people should they join you in your business. You can include a video of yourself here too.

Just be yourself in your videos and let your true personality shine through :-) At the end of the video you'll be telling them about what training you have to offer with what programs and why signing up with your team will benefit them more than any other team within the companies you're promoting. Really emphasize what you feel YOUR unique selling point is.

3) Once you've done that, you want to make sure that you provide training that you hold personally AT LEAST once a week at vereconference or wherever you can for FREE, in addition to any training your group provides. This helps to brand you as a leader and even if you don't feel like talking on your own for an hour, people will type questions into the box where they can communicate with the lead speaker by typing and that will give you a constant stream of relevant topics to discuss if your mind isn't full of them already! Which it should be by now if you're learning from all the successful marketers that are out there! If you think that you don't know enough people or have enough people in your downline to do this DONT WORRY! Just do it and THEY WILL COME! It may take some time but eventually word will travel and you will be packed! Have an open mic to make it easier if there are less people.

4) Now you've done that, you need to start recording videos, you might think, "Oh no I'm not attractive enough or some other rubbish! But the truth of the matter is, no one cares if you're 55, 75, or 19! It makes no difference. All they care about is what you have to offer them and how you're going to help them get what they want - money! That is what's on their mind! Not the spot on your chin! Or the bags under your eyes! So you need to record as many videos as you can that provide value for people and help them with an immediate problem they're having (eg: posting blogs or how to set up a auto-responder... you get the idea!).

If you feel as passionate about self improvement, as I do, that attracts a huge targeted market because most of them love online marketing! Upload the videos to TubeMogul.com or traffic geyser http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/aftrack.asp?afid=864254 because it does it quicker and blasts your videos out to different networking sites for you! This saves you the time it would take you to upload your videos to each site manually - and time is money!

Traffic Geyser gets me a lot of traffic and gets me to the top of google within a mere few hours! You can get a FREE 30 day trial by going to this link http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/aftrack.asp?afid=864254

Once you have decided on the products to sell, set up your capture page, started your free training and recorded your first set of videos and have them on lots of different networking sites, you're going to need to start writing articles and blogs.

When writing articles you have to be very careful not to advertise unless it happens naturally, because you should be seen to be promoting your knowledge not the product you market! It sounds contradictory but you're building awareness of your value as a person who can help people to get what they want. Writing articles takes time, but like videos, they will last for years if not forever! Make sure people feel like they know you and want to be associated with you. Every video article and blog should be seen by you as a vehicle that gets you closer and closer to making money and helping others to do the same. The more people get from you, the more you will get and the more you will want to give. Give and you shall receive they say! It's SO true :-) So if you want to write a good article that gets you results, cover a topic that will help people to make money or feel better in some way and make it interesting and informative so that it spreads across the web like wildfire.... Over the coming days, weeks....months as your online presence g-r-o-w-s...:-)

5) Now we're going to get you blogging! Blogging is a lot of fun! You can express your views and impart your knowledge and get free exposure for yourself and the products you market for free so pay attention!

First and foremost you have to remember to link. Link to other resources and blogs that you like to read and that are related to your topic. I've noticed that if you become a regular on someone's blog they tend to become a regular on yours!

Also remember the power of keywords and phrases. Take some time to think about which search terms will point people to your products and services. Use tools like Wordtracker at www.wordtracker.com to explore which search terms your potential customers might use to find you. Then you'll want to write a blog with one of those terms as the title. As you write, think of how you can impart value to the reader. Use the same techniques that you use when gathering information for a video or article. Read other popular blogs to get an idea, or maybe watch a few popular videos on the topic you want to write about, and tie your content into theirs. If you can, find a very popular video or article that has over 1000 views and then expand on what they had to say, almost as if you're finishing a soap after the frustrating "To Be Continued" sign comes up at the end! lol That often gets you a lot of traffic because you're filling in the gaps for people :-) They really appreciate that!

For more ideas on how to blog you, can run off to Amazon.com and pick up a copy of Blogwild by Andy Wibbels.

6) Last but not least, we're going to get your pay per click campaign set up.

Now there are three ways of doing this...

You can use a pay per click agency - just go and type that into Google, or you can do it yourself. A lot of pay per click agencies won't charge you more than a couple of hundred dollars to join up initially so it's worth using one if you want to. If you need help finding one then I can point you in the right direction :-)

Otherwise, read something like Google Adwords by Perry Marshall or pick up a copy of Adwords Cpm scanner from here: www.Adwords180Scanner.com

A word of warning though! Be careful with google adwords if you don't know what you're doing it will eat you alive, and empty your purse in the meantime instead of filling it up...

We now have a system that does your google adwords campaign for you, it's better than the Reverse Funnel System and cheaper too. For more details on how to get it all set up you can contact me anytime on skype: Elizaelizaelizaeliza

Whatever you do, TAKE ACTION! Because nothing happens until something moves!

Google Adwords: The Basics

By Don Bethune

Google Adwords? We have all seen heard of it, but what is it and how does it work? If you are familiar to pay-per-click advertising, you may already have an idea, but that is Adwords and it what ways does it relate to your business?

Basically, Google Adwords is an advertising program that allows site owners to pick specific keywords that relate to their site that will flag their advertisements. When a user types the keyword into the search engine, the related siteas ad will appear on the page.

Google Adwords made its debut in 2000 and was designed to optimize the advertiseras needs by taking the work out of figuring the correct target audience for the site owners. Adword clients are assured that their text links will appear in the correct pages at the right time in Google and Googleas partners search pages.

Google AdWords will also deliver your advertisements to target web sites that belong to publishers in the AdSense program. This allows web site owners to generate income using their content-rich websites, and offer their visitors targeted links that may interest them.

What is all the fuss over Google Adwords? It is an innovative method of relating the advertiseras keywords to their intended audiences. Another attraction, there is not a flat advertising fee. Advertisers are allowed to bid on their keyword campaign and Google ranks their advertisement accordingly.

Adwords can benefit the popularity of a site greatly. Many advertisers that have chosen Adwords as their advertising method have noticed a significant rise in site traffic soon after activating their campaign. Adversities are able to see the progress of their ad campaigns and track their site views and clicks.

If you are an advertiser who is looking to find the right ad campaign, Google Adwords may me your answer. Advertising on a budget is easy because you set the maximum and minimum that you can pay according to your budget. Google does have limitations, but there is not better budget friendly way to advertise your site.

If you are still unsure of Google Adwords, the best thing to do is try it. Advertisers can create and start a campaign for as low as $10. This is really low compared to other advertisement programs and packages that will reach the same amount of users. Try it out and track your sites traffic to know if it is right for you.

Fresh Content is Vital to a Website

By Calvin Preston

It is a fact that Google and other search engines value content. This concept can be frustrating, as filling up some sites with content is not really natural, necessary, or valuable to the end user. Of course, in many cases it is very valuable, but there are only so many leather buying guides I want to see when I'm shopping for a wallet; it gets overdone really quickly. The fact is that content needs to be continually added to any site that needs to rank. So here are some basic ideas for how to incorporate continuous content into your site.

1. Blogs- Every site could stand to have a blog added in its format. You don't need to have one, but if you can, by all means, add one. Be sure to link the blog to your homepage and to highlight the most current articles on your homepage, as well. You may think you don't have anything to blog about, but here are some ideas to change your mind.

2. Article collections- You can choose to use these articles as resources on your webpage. Be sure categorize them using your keywords and update them continually.

3. User generated content: You can use customer testimonials, customer reviews (dangle the opportunity for a coupon in return), customer suggestions or a top 5 customer list.

4. Companies that are related to yours, with a small paragraph about them and affiliate links can also create revenue.

If you make use of any or all of these guides, you will be sure to have a quality website that people will feel confident in using.

Mascots Make an Impact on Sales

By Amy Nutt

Have you ever wondered why companies use mascots to promote their products? What about schools or sports teams that have prominent mascots to bring awareness and inspire fans? Mascots are an important part of our culture and a very effective sales tool. Read on to learn more!

What are Mascots?

Mascots are characters used to bring good luck or popular exposure to a team, organization, or school. They are used to help advertise products, promote school spirit, raise awareness about issues, and for many other purposes. You might have seen a mascot in any of the following situations:

- Representing military units - Drawing attention to a product or service - Supporting a school or professional sports team - Acting as a goodwill ambassador for a cause

Mascots can take a variety of forms, including inanimate objects, logos, people, and live animals. Most people are very familiar with costumed characters as mascots.

History of Mascots

Before the term was popularized in the late nineteenth century, "mascot" was used to describe any kind of good-luck item or person. The term is little changed today, but it is more specific to an item or person representing a particular cause, company, or organization.

In the middle of the twentieth century, sports teams began to choose animals or characters to represent their team spirit. Costumes were created, and these characters began to inspire fans and promote the team.

Today, mascots are used to represent businesses as well as schools and sports teams. Some great examples of companies using mascots are the characters used to promote breakfast cereals. Characters like the rabbit used to sell General Mills' Trix breakfast cereal seem to stick in the minds of children and adults alike.

The Public Face of Your Company

Finding the right mascot can have a dramatic effect on your company's ability to sell to consumers. Your product or service is much harder to forget if it represented by a dramatic and memorable character.

Finding the right mascot for your company isn't always easy. It should be directly related to your business in some way. Do you manufacture ice cream? A cow would make a great mascot. Give some thought to these considerations in choosing the public face of your company:

- What kind of image do you want to present to your customers? If you want to present a fun-loving attitude, a playful mascot would work best. If you're more interested in presenting an image of powerful excellence, you might be better off with a fierce animal mascot.

- Who exactly are your target customers? If your target audience is young children, you might want to stay away from scary mascots. On the other hand, if you are targeting adults, something too silly might alienate some potential customers.

- How will you be using your mascot? Do you plan to have your mascot meet people and represent your business at trade shows or other industry events? What about in a mall or parking lot? Make sure the mascot you choose is suited for the situation you need.

Should You Choose Stock or Custom Mascots?

There is one final consideration in choosing the best mascot to represent your company or organization and increase sales and exposure. Don't forget to think about whether you need a custom mascot. Stock mascots are perfectly suited to many situations. With so many choices, it's unlikely that you'll run into someone with the same mascot.

However, if you know you will be getting a lot of exposure from your mascot, you might be better off with a custom mascot. Knowing the representative of your business is as unique as the company itself can buy you peace of mind during large conventions and trade shows.

Top 7 Methods For Building Links To Your Website

By Dan Duvano

Link building is a big part of any serious website promotion campaign. Link popularity as it is termed, is one the key determinants of whether your website will prosper or fail.

Search engine rankings can be the making or breaking of your websites success, and these rankings are based on a number of factors. One the most important factors, often referred to as off page optimization, is the number of incoming links to your website.

Reciprocal Linking

Reciprocal linking in a popular form of link bartering. It boils down to simply you swapping a link on your website for a link on someone elses website. Both of you link to each other, in the hope the search engines will think more highly of both sites. Since it's a swap, the search engines generally don't view these links as well as they would if they were one way only.

Posting To Forums

Posting comments to forums is a good way of building link popularity to your website. Your comments should be high quality and worth reading, and the forum should be on a topic relevant to your website. If these criteria are all satisfied, then a link in your signature line will be well regarded, and a useful link to have.

Posting Comments On Blogs

This is somewhat likenable to forum posting in that you are basically leaving a comment on someone else's website, and the comment includes a link back to your own website. The same rules apply as for forum posting; make sure your comments are worth reading and don't let yourself be accused of blog spam.

Writing Articles

This is a good way to build high quality one way links to your website. It works by you writing articles, or having them written for you, and posting them to article distribution services. You can also find services that will post them to these services for you to save you a considerable amount of time.

Writing good quality articles also helps establish you as a qualified authority on the topic in question. This means that those visitors reading your article are more likely to want to click on the links within it, to read more information from you. So don't just think about the search engine rankings - direct visitors matter too!

3 Way Linking

This is like a step up from reciprocal linking. It is still link trading though, but done more complexly than reciprocal linking. It works by you linking to website A, website A then linking to website B, and website B linking back to you.

Most three way linking products generate links from unrelated sites though, so although the links still help, then are not as good as pure one way links from related sites.

Build Your Own Sites

One method you can use, although I wouldn't recommend it, is to simply build sites to get links from. If you build a high quality site, then each link is of good value, but obviously this will take some time. If you build low quality sites full of links, the search engines will take little notice of them.

Building high quality secondary sites is not a good idea if done for purely link building purposes however, as the labor involved in simply too great to be time effective.

Number Seven: Link Building Wonderland

Ahhhh, my favorite link building method, and the one I would most highly recommend to you. This method is the best of all methods mentioned above. It is automated, easy, and extremely effective.

To discover link building method number 7, visit http://www.BuildingBacklinks.net

I promise you, this one is the key to easy, effective link building.

Online business: work from home

By Larry Miller

These days, it seems like everyone is in search of a good high potential home based work opportunity. A good home based business opportunity might become a potent secondary source of income, or a new business that can change your life. Let's take a look at a few of the businesses that could be the home based opportunity you're looking for.

A lot of great home based career opportunities out there are online endeavors. An online business has an abundance of desirable aspects when sized up to different categories of home based jobs. Making your business an online enterprise, there are a few interesting bonuses that you won't have in other fields.

I think the most outstanding advantage of a correctly established online business is that it will work for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This advantage, on it's own, leads to making an online company a great alternative when looking for a home based career. Just think about how nice it would be working an operation that provides cash as you're out of the office.

We will mention a selection of different operations that some ambitious person can pick from to make money with an online business. Let's divide this list of opportunities apart into just two distinct categories. The two categories are 1, being hired by someone, and 2, being self employed.

The initial category will refer to any type of occupation where you get a job, and are paid by, someone else. You will come across many categories of online, home based, job offers out there. A short list most certainly would include, virtual assistant, virtual secretary, and ghost writing.

There is very little that you need to get work doing any of these work at home jobs Definitely, you should be trained, or prepared to learn, to do the work the job requires. You certainly will need some type of phone service for nearly all of these types of internet jobs.

The next tool all workers absolutely need is access to a computer. If you do good work, nearly all employers love having a work from home arrangement. Your employer is helped not only from your work, and your equipment, but also doesn't need to give up work area.

The second category is of careers that are only for the people who choose to have their own personal careers. The various opportunities you will find include, website development, developing e-products, and marketing. This list is but a few of the various opportunities that exist.

With these endeavors, you will be self employed. You will have to decide how much time you put in, and you will be doing everything yourself in your new business. The rewards are great, but so are the responsibilities, when working your very own business venture.

In general, it is very beneficial to begin your new venture as a secondary income. This will reduce the risk as you initiate this new opportunity. Afterwards, if things have gone well, you will decide whether you will change to your new business as a full time career.

Work from home careers seem to have become the direction things are going. Do the work, and take note of all the options that could be a good fit for you. If you find the right business, and work hard, you might get lucky, and become very rich.

What Makes MOR Vacations Better Then GRN?

By Mike Pereira

Better is in the eye of the beholder, or the marketer in most cases. There are only so many resorts and so many timeshare properties available to pull inventory from, MOR or Less MOR Vacations and Global Resorts Network are very similar in the product offering. From a pure resort perspective both MOR Vacations and GRN offer their members access to 5000 plus resorts. When you peel back the marketing noise surrounding both companies, there are some real differences however.

One of the most noticeable differences comes in the form of hotweeks. Global Resorts Network offers an overabundance of hotweeks in Asian markets such as Malaysia and Singapore. And this makes sense considering their travel service company was created in Asia and was only introduced to the US more recently for Global resorts Network. In contrast, the hotweeks offered by MOR Vacations appear to be almost solely based in the US, again this makes sense as well since the travel service company was founded in the US. For anyone in other parts of the world there are a few hotweeks here and there for various other countries but both companies lack in international hotweeks. From a pricing perspective MOR Vacations hotweeks begin at $149 and Global Resorts Network hotweeks begin at $298. I wouldn't be surprised to see this change however because Global Resorts Network has been trying to copy as much as they can from MOR Vacations in a struggle to remain relevant. Simple math would dictate who wins here, $149 trumps $289 any time, so the hotweeks winner is MOR Vacations, unless you are interested in the Asian market savings, then in that case you would go with more expensive option.

The price, for many years Global Resorts Network has sold their lifetime membership for $3,000 which I think is a great price. But if you didn't have $3,000 and wanted alternative options such as financing you couldn't get it. That is where MOR Vacations differentiates itself. MOR vacations offers many financing options so that people are able to get purchase the membership they desire. And if you do have the full price you can get in for cheaper than what Global Resorts Network would cost you. Really the majority of people that buy timeshares and vacation memberships etc do so through financing so this was a large piece of the pie that Global Resorts Network has always left on the table. Once MOR vacations threw their hat in the arena and announced financing Global Resorts Network quickly announced their own financing option of $998 down and monthly payments off of the $3000. Good for Global Resorts Network for finally stepping up and offering something that many have been asking for for a long time. MOR Vacations still offers more financing options so people can get in for even cheaper than what they could at Global Resorts Network. I give the edge to MOR Vacations due to the fact that they offer MOR options, plus Global Resorts Network ignored the requests from their affiliates until competition finally arrived, so points get deducted for that. Another option Global Resorts Network offers is a 3 year Gold Membership for $1500, MOR vacations offers a 5 year Emerald membership for $1298 - this one is obvious MOR Vacations wins hands down.

The home business opportunity, the compelling home based business opportunity being offered by Global Resorts Network has made many people lots of money courtesy of the perpetual leverage pay plan. The true power of perpetual leverage is that people at the bottom can and do make more money than people at the top. Some of the complaints that were voiced about the compensation plan were geared towards the fact that people just getting into the business were not able to earn commissions on their first sale and someone coming in as a free affiliate would not earn for their first sales. The nature of the business is that many people make 1 or 2 sales and then can't afford to stay in business because they haven't earned any money coming in to fund their future advertising. Unfortunately this has been the case for many people with limited funds, they spend what little they have to line the pockets of their sponsor before they cant afford to stay in business. Now many conscientious sponsors would share their commissions to help their fund their downline, but many of the greedier sponsors out there would not. MOR Vacations utilizes perpetual leverage as well, but has made a few tweaks to assist newer members and has renamed their compensation plan true perpetual leverage. MOR Vacations has alleviated the issue of new affiliate commissions by making sure that every affiliate will make 50% commissions on their first sale and full commissions every sale beyond that. At the time of my writing this Global Resorts Network announced a change to their policy to do the same thing, but again it took a serious competitor to step in to make them finally listen to the requests of their affiliates. Another difference between the two is that MOR Vacations does not charge its affiliates a fee to be an affiliate, whereas Global resorts Network charges $100 a year. The edge here is glaringly apparent MOR Vacations again wins hands down.

Using Search to Mitigate/Reduce Business Risks

By Amy Nutt

Talk to most people and ask why they engage in search engine marketing and they'll answer "because it gets results". There's no question; search is a very important part of the marketing mix.

That said, many people and businesses do not necessarily understand all the inherent benefits of search. Consider for example, the ability of search to mitigate or reduce certain types of business risks. Accordingly, the remainder of this post will assess the numerous ways that search can help mitigate or reduce business risks. In particular:

1. Marketing Channel Diversification: the more marketing channels bringing in positive ROI (return on investment) to a company, the better. If a company relies too heavily or just one or a few channels, that really is not a solid foundation for a successful business model (consider Porter's Model below). The company's bargaining power is ultimately reduced.

2. Economic Risk Diversification Often, economic conditions in one country or region are not the same as in other countries or regions. For companies marketing their wares/services in but one country/region, all their proverbial eggs are in one basket so to speak. Consider the possible fate of a company marketing its services only in a small mining town dominated by one employer, when the employer pulls the plug on the mine. Instead, the company could have anticipated this probability, and started promoting its services via search in other surrounding towns in advance of the closure.

3. Regulatory and Compliance Risk Diversification Sometimes, political decisions can have catastrophic impacts on companies eg. the U.S.'s embargo against Cuban products. If you were a Cuban cigar distributor at the time of the introduction of the Helms-Burton Act, and the U.S. was your only market you would have been in financial trouble. But now imagine, if you were already marketing Cuban cigars in 50 other countries around the world, which search makes infinitely easier. The impact would have been dramatically reduced.

4. Reputation Management Risks Occasionally, negative press surfaces about companies, and while sometimes merited, other times its completely unjustified. Often, this type of press or negative mentions appear for your business name in the search results. When this occurs, or often even in advance of this possibility occurring, search can be used to reduce the probability that these results will ever be seen.

5. Staffing Issue Risks In industries requiring specialized knowledge, it can be difficult to attract resumes from qualified individuals using standard approaches.
