I was sitting in the jury waiting room waiting my time to serve my public duty, when I came across an article in a magazine, \"Why Vacations Sales is the best option for Mortgage Brokers\". Now normally I might have passed this article by, except that I was a captive audience at the time.
It was about selling vacations resorts and makeing more money of it instead of selling the property outright. They were selling piece of a condo, not physical pieces to different people who were interested to go on a vacation in different weeks and they would have divided the costs.
Paying in hotels is expensive especially if you had chosen for sports vacation. I had that experience in Hawaii in the 1980's. An hour sales pitch nearly a pair of free tickets to a dinner show, as we have heard.
A man strutted back and forth in front of about fifty people crowded into a hotel conference room. The presentation included a slide show of a well furnished condo on the beach. Before I could remember all the details, my name was called and I had to go up to sign in for jury duty.
As I was coming near my chair I noticed that my magazine is gone and I asked the man sitting next to me if he might has seen it opened on a page with article for vacations. I saw it under the chair and after I took it I showed to the man and said \" Why Vacations Sales is the best option for Mortgage Brokers\".
\"Ha\" he said.\"I can't believe it. I had this conversation with my wife. She wants me to buy a resort in Hawaii because she hear from her sister who is a mortgage brokwr that some people are selling their share\".
We started sharing experiences we had on our vacations starting with Florida, Maine, Canada ending with Mexico. We agreed that neither of us would bought a home on the beaches where we were. The cost of owning a ocean front home is out of reach of working people like us, not that we do not dream about it.
If he didn't bought the spot in Hawaii someone sure did. It's wonderfull to have member card to a resort vacation. The best part is that it is all yous and you don't have to pay
ridiculously prices in hotels, for the room only. And this way you have it just for you.
