By dexter

Do an extensive research of trade shows to see which show would be best suited for you and your company. After you have narrowed the list call some of the exhibitors who have exhibited at each show and ask what they thought about the show and if the show was lucrative for them

Promotional material as well as brochures from show management will offer discounts for early enrollment. Do read this material and try to take advantage of this. If you are given the opportunity in selecting your booth location try your best to get a location near a large corporate booth, this way you can benefit from high traffic that flow from this booth

Sometime later you will receive a service kit from the show management. In the kit you will find information on how to order various services for your booth. You will also receive a schedule of when all items have to be in.

Renting your trade show booth is a great alternative to owning one. Most exhibitors would like to have their booth have a unique look. A custom trade show rental can provide this contact ELDS, INC for this

Make sure you set a realistic budget and stick to it. Most companies get in trouble by not setting a proper and realistic budget. Consider Transportation, room and board and exhibit components

Always supply a press release of product or services your company supply. Make sure and arrange for a meeting with the show press rep. The more people know about your product the more booth traffic

Always arrange to have a great giveaway. These giveaways help the attendee remember your company. Make sure that your company name is printed somewhere on the giveaway. Do not give away random or generic product give away. If you supply computer service a mouse pad would be great with your name company name on it. I do have some of my clients giveaways from 5 years ago still hanging around. They keep your company name in the public eye.

Staff your booth to with knowledgeable employees or personnel. They should be very friendly and outgoing. Try to avoid sitting and make sure you have a proper schedule of who will be manning the booth at what time and what date
