Bone China are the Best Promotional Mugs

By Matthew Calvin

These days the best marketing strategy on board is the distribution of brand logo imprint promotional mugs. They are economical, multi-utility products, which are not focused to a particular age group and hence are the most preferred retail marketing tools.

When one chooses the type of mug best for their advertising needs, quality of the mug will play a major role. Of the many materials available, the most durable and cost efficient is bone china. Bone china is the most affordable for its high quality marksmanship.

Bone china is very easy to maintain, and can be molded into many various designs. This creates the perfect backdrop for your company logo. By choosing a quality mug, you are not only increasing the use of the advertisement, but reinforcing the brand value, even raising that value higher. You would be surprised to learn that some of the most stunning pieces of bone china are actually very budget friendly to a company. The beautiful finish that bone china provides is a statement in itself.

One might not necessarily need to deign artistic, gaudy or very into-the-eye promotional mugs to gain all the attention. Sometimes the targeted customers are of a later age group, say above 40. Such customers might not like flashy articles and hence may discard them. This would not be an effective marketing strategy. For such age groups, subtle, and simple mugs with sober shades, and clear message of the company would be a better idea. Thus, it is very important to know your target audience, and design accordingly.

Bone china mugs are many times used to signify a company's worth or high standards. By doing so, the business gains as well as keeps new customers. The most common imprints are brand logos, but if you are giving mugs out as congratulations or tokens of appreciation, any embellishment can be designed and added.

One idea of using promotional mugs would be for a company to hand them out monthly to acknowledge employees. An employee of the month might receive a mug as a trophy, with their name and the company name on it.
