The benefit of advertising should not be sold short when thinking about how tradeshows and conferences operate. The bare fact is that attendees to these events expect to walk out with a bag full of free stuff, and the best free stuff will keep their attention longer than the riff-raff.

If you are a vendor at a tradeshow or conference, you need to have a giveaway, plain and simple. Most conferences and tradeshows charge an admission fee to get in the door, and attendees want some swag to take home. If you are promoting a new product, this is your perfect opportunity.

Let's say that you have a skin care product business. When you launch new products, you generally will hold seminars and sales presentations for professionals in the field. The object, of course, is to get them to buy your products, and by offering them conference bags with which to carry home their products they've purchased, you've gotten a double whammy. You've sold product, and have unleashed a secondary product into the field which has your name on it, to be remembered each time it is used.

Once you give them that complimentary conference bag, you've gotten your investment back immediately. They will take it back and show it off to their coworkers and will use it at their workstations. They may even use it as a beach bag. But no matter where, that bag is now out there with your name on it and it will advertise your brand name. That is what this is about.

Conference bags come in a variety of styles and colours to help offer a look that everyone will remember, plus you get your logo right on the front. So if you are considering what type of gift to utilise for your next tradeshow or conference, consider conference bags. They will be employed for a variety of uses far beyond the one you intended them for. And that is a good thing.
