To build a successful network in your home business, your mind-set is the most important thing you will need. Learning how to think and how to act is crucial for survival. If you don't master this, you will come across as either desperate or needy with prospects instead of a leader that knows what their doing.
Here's the deal. As you master this mind-set, within a few months you will start to see your business grow. As your team becomes larger, it's inevitable you going to hear the voices start, and as your team continues to grow, so do the voices in both number, and volume.
The words of doubt like, "I'm not seeing the results I thought I would." "Why can't I sponsor anyone?" "I thought the system was suppose to do all the work for me?" They always start out like whimpers, and keep getting louder. This is called the doubter's virus, and will happen in every network business eventually.
If you want to keep being successful in your business just remember, you are not in anyway shape or form responsible for the success your distributor's may or may not have. It's not your problem. Stay focused and set the example of leading by building your business. Don't let them enter your world and spread their doubt.
You need to understand the majority of your team will not be successful, and there's nothing you can do about it. Once your team becomes larger and larger, eighty percent of your group will not succeed. It has nothing to do with you, that's just the law of averages at work.
The other bunch, that other tewnty percent will follow by your example and get it done. So quickly learn how to cast away the emotions of the other one's. When they continue to complain, don't deal with them anymore until they change their attitude, and let them know about it in a nice way. I reccomend not even answering emails or returning calls from them.
I'm not joking when I say, your not being rude in the slightest way. The last thing you need is these feelings of doubt to spread to you or your successful others. Your focus, your dreams are at risk of vanishing, so set the rules, be the leader, and don't allow the behavior of others rule you, be on guard.
As leaders start to identify themselves on your team, have this talk with them, and let them know they will have to deal with this doubter's virus as well. There will always be competition. My suggestion is to get everyone on the same page with a marketing system that works, and is duplicatable. It will save you a ton of teaching time with your team.
