A Review To Streetwise Publications

By Simon Coulson

There is so much need for information in the modern world and the Internet has proved to be the best place to get it all. The Internet gives you access to countless number of websites that enable you to find whatever you need without even putting in much effort. Typing the word "vehicle" on a web crawler will give you more than 25 million search results that are related in one way or the other to that word. Specific details about vehicles might take you longer to find but not necessarily impossible because all you need is to give the specifics.

So companies have been setting up to do data collection and publication for whatever query that anyone may have. This may sound like tedious work but so long as some is willing to get paid and make money from it then Streetwise Publications already stepped up to the challenge twenty years ago and perfected the business opportunity into a formidable art.

This company was established in 1989 by two gentlemen by the names of John and Michael, both sharing the surname Harrison. They are no blood relations however. Ever since, its growth has been phenomenal with a reputation of being the go-to company in the British Islands for its expert publications, courses, manuals and information services. In short, they do all the donkey work of getting you all that elusive information that you yearn for.

Originally a two-man show and moving at a very slow pace, it spread to other individuals and currently boasts of over half a million customers at a relatively fast pace who keep on coming back as they are never disappointed by its invaluable services.

With this kind of workload for a small company, they managed to set up shop in Eden House, a suave office bordering their state-of-the-art warehouse in South Yorkshire. This enabled them to have a specialized location that allowed them to centralize their operations in one building block. They now handle requests, process the orders and package their publications for delivery in the same place. The founders who are still in active management have their offices in the same building and so is the administration and customer service.

Their handiwork appeals to many people and is also an interesting read be it manuals, books, newsletters or courses. The main motivation of the company's workers is the constant feedback that keeps them going and encourages them to continue easing other people's work. They work with different writers yearning to get their work to the general public via their services. If the past twenty years is anything to go by, then their future is definitely brighter.
