Can Anybody Be Successful Selling on eBay? Well, it's certainly not as simple or cut and dry as it once was. There was a point in time when any kind of business newbie or internet beginner could just stumble into having success on eBay. That is just not the case anymore.

There used to be countless mom & pop businesses that would make a killing on eBay, even if they had absolutely no idea how to run a business.

Those days were a lot simpler. The online auction was the latest craze and people loved it. They became addicted to eBay.

This is not the case anymore. At eBay's peak you could sell absolutely anything on eBay successfully. Now, if you look around you'll notice there are more and more auctions ending with 0 bids.

It's obvious that eBay doesn't have the same cache it once had. But does this mean that a person can't build a successful business on eBay anymore? Absolutely, they can!

The difference is that now you can't stumble your way to success. You have to sit down and actually learn how eBay works. What products sell? What kind of shortcuts can take my business to the next level?

You'd actually be shocked to know that many newbies to eBay were able to eventually grow their eBay stores into a 6 figure business. It's really easy too. You just have to treat it like any other business.
